Muslim, Jews, & Liberal Order In Oslo (Photo Essay by Ryan Rodrick Beiler)

Oslo2 oslo3

Amazing photo essay from the Muslim-Jewish solidarity demonstration in Oslo. It’s by Ryan Rodrick Beiler, and it appeared in the Jewish Daily Forward. You can see/read it here. They’re much nicer than the photographs of terrifying Muslims that accompanied the recent Graeme Wood article about ISIS at the Atlantic Monthly. These are pictures of “liberal order,” bound together by Jews and Muslims. About Israel and Palestine there’s plenty of time to argue. This might be a better basis from which to do so. The point is to “normalize” people.
