Quiet Places (New York State Fair, 2013)

A dear friend thinks that my attraction to the New York State Fair has everything to do with my constant need for too much stimulation. This is only half correct, about both me and the State Fair. There are also these quiet places at the Fairgrounds, far away from the greasy, maddening rush at the Midway. Of course, this little boat pond is also artificial, just a little less so than a donought-hamburger hybrid.
