Flat (Architecture)

(Time Warner and Trump International Hotel at 59th St. Viewed from across Sheep’s Meadow, Central Park)

I like the super flat appearance of these 3 otherwise hideous buildings. One is nestled into the matching two others.

Maybe theoretical physicist Brian Greene is right. Maybe we really are holograms.

“A hologram is a thin 2-D piece of plastic which, when illuminated correctly, yields a realistic three-dimensional image. The idea is, we may be that three-dimensional image of this more fundamental information on the 2-D surface that surrounds us.”
