Anschei Chesed Lady of the Miraculous Medal Mount Neboh Baptist Church (114th St)

Off to synagogue for the next day or two to observe the holiday of Shavuot, but I wanted to share these exterior shots of the old Anschei Chesed site on 114th St and Adam Clayton Powell in Harlem. As you can see from the golden decorative tiles, after it was a synagogue and before it was Mount Neboh Baptist Church, Anschei Chesed was a Catholic church, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Full of grace, classical columns  and pillars couple with the tablets of the law nestled by foliage inside the triangular form of the pediment. Rather than try to take a single shot of the building, I decided to chop it into three parts in order to highlight the architectural detail.
