(More) Gentrification (Harlem) Brownstones (118th Street)

080 085

Heavily gentrified, 118th Street between Lexington and Morningside Avenue is full of interesting stuff. Held tightly together, this brace of brownstones extends down the street like a single wall. Solid and bourgeois, they are an architectural monument to the 1880s.
