(April 1993) Soloveitchik Died? What’s On Television?

American Judaism! I found this obituary, dated April 10, 1993, folded into my copy of Halakhic Man. On the back side of the page is that evening’s television schedule. Note the combination of public interest and ephemera on the pages of the New York Times. What was on T.V.? Among other things, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, All in the Family re-runs, and Baywatch, and The Commish.

    Is he wearing a kippah?

  2. Esque says:

The obvious choice here is _Sabado Gigante_.
