International Bystander (Syria)

This in the Guardian. As Russia begins intentionally to bomb non-ISIS targets in Syria, I am ashamed to be an American. It’s not for me to provide definite answers. I’m just a concerned U.S. citizen who happens to spend a lot of time reading the newspapers. In terms of moral and political culpability, ours is that of the international bystander either unable or unwilling to “act.” This in the Washington Post. David Ignatius gets it right
