The photograph and the headline together make the much stronger statement than the actual content of the editorial, which is only so-so. Just who’s in charge here? Note the positioning of the head in the picture, suggesting that Bannon’s the brain and that Trump is a ventriloquist’s dummy with an ugly mouth.
